KJ DESIGN RETURN POLICY

I am very up front and honest with my discriptions of items offered for sale in my webstores. I feel that it is very important to do so as I believe a preventitive move is much more appealing than the unfortunate need for a cure. I am open to questions regarding items for sale so feel free to ask me before you purchase from me if you will. In the unlikely event that something must be returned, I ask you to please send me an email before hand to explain the need for this return. My policy is that you have a three day window from the time your item has been received to send me notice of this inpending return. Also, please be aware that ALL RETURNS ARE AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE and also be advised that, DAMAGE CAUSED IN TRANSIT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY ONCE THE ITEM HAS LEFT MY CARE.  This is for the the reason I will explain in my next policy below.


KJ DESIGN SHIPPING POLICY

I advocate using  US PRIORITY MAIL (at the very least) as means for shipping items that have been purchased from my stores for a couple of very important reasons. Firstly, I pride myself in speedy delivery of purchased items to the rightful new owner. After all, you could have bought from anyone out there but I appreciate your business and want to make you happy. Quick delivery and a way to track it's timely arrival is of the utmost importance. For the extra few dollars, you get the means to find out where your shipment is. Also provided is a bit of coverage for your lost or damaged (in transit) item, should this be the case. KJ DESIGN PAYMENT POLICY

I am Pay Pal varified and also offer the payment method that is done through GOOGLE.  Both of which are secured means of payment transactions for both the buyer and for me, the seller. I will take all payments offered through either venue. However, please be advised that PAYMENTS BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER WILL HAVE TO CLEAR THE BANK BEFORE ITEM IS SHIPPED. This could cause delay in your receipt of your purchased item but this is how it must be, my apologize. Rest assured, the moment the payment is good to go, so will your purchased merchandise and Priority it will go.
